Fully furnished home available for golfers and holiday-makers alike, within 30 minutes of Malaga airport and 20 mins of the beaches at Fuengirola and Torremelinos. The large, south facing balcony offers al fresco dining and sunbathing. It overlooks landscaped gardens and communal pool where you will find changing and shower facilities. Access to balcony from lounge and bedroom 1.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower and there is a bidet and bath in the en-suite with twin washbasins.
The living and dining areas comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Marble flooring throughout provides a cool environment. Please be aware, the flooring becomes slippery when wet.

There is a challenging Par 72 Ballesteros-designed course. There are a 9 hole course and Driving Range. The Clubhouse offers the usual facilities including changing rooms, pro-shop, booking office, restaurant and bar. Golf clubs and buggies can also be hired.

The nearby 4* Alhaurin Golf Hotel offers tennis courts and riding stables restaurant facilities.

For those looking for a relaxing break, airport pick-up and dro p-off can be arranged locally. However, for those wishing to explore the many attractions the region has to offer and for those with mobility difficulties, we recommend hiring a car from the airport via the many agencies available on-line.

Locality
There is a shop on site and petrol station nearby with café and shop. There are 3 restaurants (plus the Clubhouse) within walking distance of the apartment.

The town of Alhaurin el Grande is a 5 minute drive away with shops, bars and restaurants.

A short 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful pueblo Blanco of Mijas, famous for its ancient history, donkey taxis, horse drawn carriages, many cafes and restaurants, and some of the best views of the Mediterranean. La Cala is another alternative for good restaurants and beautiful sandy beach.

Places to visit
Benalmadena: A short 25 mins. drive and you will arrive in this busy old town and port with lovely harbour surrounded shops, bars and restaurants, with great beaches.

Fuengirola: One of the best shopping towns on the Costa, good beaches and sea front cafes. Look out for the Aqua park: a great day for kids of any age.

Marbella: The Playground of the rich and famous, Marbella offers many high class shops and restaurants. The beautiful old town with its catacomb of alleys and small plazas is centered around the charming Plaza de los Naranjos.

Puerto Banus: To the west of Marbella, offering plenty of restaurants and exclusive shops around the famous marina. 

Ronda: 90 mins drive along the coast road and the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda will take you to the ancient town of Ronda, including the oldest bullring in Spain, Moorish and Roman ruins and the stunning Tajo gorge and panoramic views.

Granada and the Alhambra Palace: Around a 2 hour drive north of Malaga, this is well worth a visit. The last city to be removed from Moorish control in 1492, Granada offers a fantastic day out. The Alhambra Palace dominates the skyline with ancient history and panoramic views to match.
The nearby Sierra Nevada also provides Europes most southerly Ski resort!

Malaga: Often just treated as an airport, the capital of the Costa has much more to offer: The Moorish Palace, Roman ruins, Gibralfaro Castle, Cathedral and the Picasso Museum - Malaga being his birthplace.

Gibraltar is about 75 mins. drive and offers terrific shopping where you can spend £GBP or €Euros. A ride in the cable car takes you to the top of the Rock where you will encounter the famous apes.

Jerez. It will take just over 2 hours to drive there where you can sample the famous sherry in one of the many wineries.
The Spanish Royal School of Riding is here and twice weekly spectacular shows are open to the public.

Irene says: "This property was very clean and spacious and had some books, DVDs and CDs for the visitors use. Beautiful setting with lovely pools, it was very quiet and in a good position for traveling to nearby towns. It was very well equipped and Chris upstairs who looks after you during your stay was wonderful, he couldnt have been more helpful. The owners very very good at answering any emails and providing information as well. I would certainly visit this property again."
