village. Located in its own private area within the Monte Mayor estate, residents can enjoy the natural beauty, outstanding views and leisure facilities of the golf & country club. Flora and fauna abound and wild boar and the majestic king eagle live undisturbed in this dramatic natural reserve.

Within the village, the inviting community pool measures 10m x 5.6m x 1.2-2.2m and there is a small adjoining
children’s pool which is 40cm deep.

The La Perla Golf Café and bar is open from
08.00 – 20.00 (kitchen 11.00 – 18.30) and is a pleasant and welcoming meeting place for golfers and residents.

As well as the beautiful and challenging Monte Mayor golf course, guests have use of the on-site tennis courts and
paddle courts.

A pair of binoculars might also come in useful due to the variety of rare birds and animals for which this natural
reserve is home.  

 

The house itself is on three storeys and a flight of steps leads up from street parking level to the ground floor entrance. An entrance porch leads to the hall, on sub-ground floor there are two beautifully furnished twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and the other an en suite shower room. At the far end of the hall, leads to a first floor living room where comfortable seating surrounds a delightful fireplace and panelled glass doors lead to the terrace. Also on this level, the separate dining room has stylist modern furniture and connects through an archway to the very well equipped kitchen. Doors also lead from the dining room to the terrace where there is additional outdoor dining furniture. The large master bedroom occupies the top floor. It has a Juliette balcony and a superb en-suite bathroom with bath, separate multi-headed shower, twin basins, bidet and WC. The adjoining dressing room has built-in wardrobes and access to a private roof terrace

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
