La Joya which in Spanish means the “Jewel” is located in the extremely sought after residential area of the “Lomas de Marbella Club” which runs parallel with the internationally famous “Golden Mile” and boasts amongst it’s residence, the Saudi Arabian royal family, who have several palaces within the gates, including the kings palace “Casa Riyadh” (A scaled replica of the White House in Washington D.C).
For those of you that know the area, the entrance to the Lomas de Marbella club is less than 500 meters from the superb five star Puenta Romano Hotel, 2 minutes by car from the five star Marbella Club and no more than 5 minutes by car from both Marbella town centre and Puerto Banus marina, making it the ideal central location for a fabulous holiday. 

As the name suggests “La Joya” really is a jewel, especially when you compare its intimate design to some of the more recent multi-phased 100 unit plus urbanizations that have been built on the coasts since the turn of the century.
“La Joya”, is a charming residential development consisting of just 15 three story town houses surrounding a large private swimming pool.
Built to a classical Andalucian design the development overlooks beautifully mature gardens and a protected green zone, with wonderful sea views from every level, giving the whole of the urbanization a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful feel. 

 

On the main level there is a kitchen, WC, Sitting Room , separate dining room and a terrace. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a small office area. On the 3rd level is the beautiful large terrace with a large BBQ, storage room, shower, and WC.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find flying, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
