The house is very beautiful and quiet. It is situated at FIRST LINE GOLF COURSE. All the spaces are golf orientated with marvelous sights. It has marble floors in all the house, including terraces and bathrooms. There are three levels. In the first level, the kitchen and the dinning room occupies are sharing the same confortable space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.The spacious dining room is very well furnished, incorporing two sofa (which transform in two double beds). There is a very nice terrace furnished with tropical wood chairs and table.
In the second level, the Master Bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and its own terrace with golf course views. The bathroom is very big with windows holding all the front. The Secondary Bedroom has another double bed and a balcony. And the other Bedroom has two individuals beds. There is a bathroom for the two secondaries rooms in the hall with them.
In the third level, there is an incredible Solarium prepared with a barbacue, kitchen sink, etc., with sea and golf views.
The are five closets in the house. Each bedroom and the dinning room has its own Air Conditioned device. 

The house has 2 parking places.
The swimming pool is very quite and has lovely views.
It is equipped with deck chairs and sunshades.

The house has a water treatment for osmosis and all the water in the house is no-lime.
