The appartment is on ground floor with private terrace. The owners are living upstairs, completly separatet livingareas wih entrance separated from each other.
The appartment has 3 bedrooms a big salon and 2 bath/toilett, there is one kitchen inside the house and one more outside on the terrace.
The swimmingpool is 5m x 9m and 1.0m -2.5m deep. In the area of the swimmingpool, there is a patio with sittingspace for at least 18 people. There is a big BBQ-area with bar. There is a big (300m2) flat area for playing.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the livingroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
