the house is situated in open countryside quite near to La Posada Hotel, a five minutes’ drive from the shop and bar in La Higuera, and ten minutes’ drive from Villanueva De La Concepcion.
The property:
Casa Torrejon is a new house built in the rustic Andalucian style. It features an attractive spacious covered terrace, ideal for eating and relaxing outdoors, at the front of the house. Inside, high vaulted ceilings create a pleasing impression of airiness. There is a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a lovely grassed area by the side of the pool. There are roses and trees around the house. There are loungers near the pool for gentle relaxation after swimming, and a covered barbecue area with a sink and worktop. All around there are panoramic views of the surrounding hills and mountains.

with a double bed, a double wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and wash basin.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

There are no stairs, but there are small steps. There is excellent parking very close to the entrance door. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
