Villa has at least 5 terraces with panoramic views to enjoy dinning under the stars. Stunning infinity pool 15x5 meters is available for the sole of the guests on a daily basis until 7pm. Sauna, steam room,gym and tennis court are of complimentary usage of guests. At extra charge the clients can enjoy Spa treatments during their stay. Numerous restaurants and Beach are only 5-12 minutes away. 

This villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, (3 of them have on-suite bathrooms), 4.5 bathrooms, spacious lounge with dining table, comfortable sofa with arm chairs, fireplace, Plasma TV, DVD, CD player and satelite. Kithen has been fully equipped with all of the necessary Gaggenau appliances. Terrace has dining table, sun loungers and jacuzzi to enjoy the sun. There is a covered patio with another dining table, chill out with cushions and sofa and a pond with live fish.

Please note up to 14 tenants can be accommodated in the property without extra charge. If the party will contain over 10 tenants please do let us allow in order for us to prepare for your arrival.

Car with powerful engine is adviced to get around rustic road leading towards the property. ( track can be bumpy at certain places).

Owners live on the territory and will take care of clients during their stay.

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
