The house backs on to the pool which is exclusively for the residents and their guests. The golf course runs along side the development. Each house has its own underground garage and roof top solarium. 

The house has air conditioning both upstairs and down, is fully furnished, has English Television channels, and a fully equipped kitchen.  

The house is a ten minute walk from the marina and beach. In the same time it takes to reach the beach, you can go to any of 15 resturants, and a number bars. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Maureen says: "The accommodation is beautiful and in a lovely well maintained complex, ideal for families. The pool area is excellent and other residents very friendly and helpful. Well situated town house capturing the sun till late on. The accommodation is not far from the harbour and beach at all, however pavements to the beach are not great and it would pose difficulties for a person with poor mobility. Cabopino is a beautiful and lively little harbour with fantastic restuarants. If you have a small toddler you will require a stair guard and all bedrooms are upstairs. The owner and rep are extremely helpful and obliging."
