The swimming pool is 8.5 x 4.5m and varies from 3 feet to 6 feet in depth. 8 Sun lounges are provided around the pools extended patio area. The garden area is planted with several native shrubs and trees. The gardener / groundsman attends the villa weekly to check on the plants. the poolman attends site on a twice weekly basis. 

The villa is set in approx 3.5 acres and benefits from an enclosed and fenced area making it safe for children (excluding watching them around the pool of course) The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes a TV video, CD hifi and some games. The 4 bedrooms all have english duvets and pillows, the master bedroom with its kingsize bed and the other double bedroom with its double bed, The twin room has 2 single beds and the childrens room has 2 sets of bunk beds. A maximum of 6 adults can stay at the villa they can be accompanied by upto 5 children (without using any sofa beds) 

The covered Patio / Cabanna can comfortably accomodate 12 around the patio table. A built in stone barbeque is also available. The view from the front door and from all locations around the villa is truly stunning and pictures do not do it any justice. 

The air-conditioned villa consists of 4 bedrooms and can sleep 6 Adults and upto 5 children (no sofa beds). There are 2 double bedrooms a twin room and the childrens room, which consists of 2 sets of bunk beds (one with a double bed on the base). A family bathroom complements the en-suite to the master bedroom. Outside is a 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool which ranges from 3 to 6 feet in depth.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double bunk beds located in the in childrens bedroom (shown as single). This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, golf, historic sites.
