Villa Tranquila is comfortably furnished for 6 people and has a well equipped kitchen making it ideal for Summer Holidays as well as longer Winter Lets.
There are also Two Sofa Beds in the Sitting Room for extra Guests and a change of Bed Linen is supplied every Saturday.
Each window has a Fly Screen and the cool tiled floors and Ceiling and Floor Standing fans ensure Summer Comfort.
The Wood Burning Stove keeps the Villa cosy in Winter.
A door from the en-suite bathroom leads onto the Pool area for convenience.
 

The villa enjoys breathtaking 360 degree views of the Pine Clad Hills and down to the Mediterranean Sea. The Stars in the Night Sky are simply stunning. Perfect for a Honeymoon or Hideaway.
The Moorish Styled Covered Patio is for relaxing out of the heat of the afternoon Sun and is also equipped with Table and Chairs for up to 8 people for `Al Fresco` Dining with the BBQ close by.
There is a large Pool area with Lounger Chairs and Cushions for Sunbathing. The Floodlit Pool measures 4 x 6 metres and is 1 metre deep at the shallow end and 2 metres deep at the opposite end but being unfenced is not suitable for children under 7.
 

Here you will experience the `Real Spain`, refreshingly unspoiled by Tourism. The local Bars and Restaurants still provide a free Tapa with a drink. The nearest Bars and Restaurants are 5 mins away at Puntalon and yes a car is essential. There are many places of interest not too far away to visit for a Day Out.
The `Alhambra` Palaces and the Generalife Gardens at Granada are World Famous. Book your tickets at the BBVA Bank Website on line before your Holiday.
There is a Water Park at Almunecar, 20 mins away, and a Tropical Bird Park not forgetting the flourishing colourful Friday Morning Market.
After The `Alhambra`, the second most visited Site in Spain are The Caves at Nerja, just an hour`s drive away.
Visit the `Hippy Market` at Orgiva on a Thursday morning and then explore the traditional white villages in the Alpujarra region.

PLEASE NOTE Our Changeover/Start Day is always on a Saturday in June, July & August and we are unable to accept midweek to midweek Bookings. We are flexible during the rest of the year, please do enquire. Lots of Parking space even suitable for Campervans or Caravans. Pets are very welcome in the cooler season.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area (with heater), sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, a sports center, scuba diving, a themepark.
