Villa San Cristobel is a huge 5 bed roomed luxury villa, sleeping 10, nestled in the olive groves of Poniente of Granada. This private villa, once the village school, has been transformed into a luxurious holiday home with pool and gardens which marries the old charm of rustic Andalucia with the modern ease of a fully fitted kitchen, WiFi and central heating.

The spacious interior has marble floors throughout and high ceilings to keep you cool in the summer. If you need to cool off, walk down through the landscaped gardens and dive into the beautiful new pool or relax on one of the many terraces and enjoy unrivalled views down the valley to where Malaga, Cordoba and Granada meet.
 

If travelling with children rest assured that our home is child friendly and has many baby and child toys and equipment on request such as sterilizers, baby monitor, cots and high chairs. There is a games console, games and swing ball for the rest of the family. 

The nearby villages of Ventorres de San Jose and Zagra boast many bars and fiestas, banks, a doctor and convenience shops. All are just 5 minutes away.

Granada and Malaga airports are only 45 mins and 1hour 15 away. The Alhambra just an hour and Cordoba, Seville and the beach within easy reach.

The owners live locally and are on hand to provide help and local knowledge to ensure that you enjoy your stay. We are flexible in our approach to your stay and will accommodate starting dates that aren’t on the weekend wherever possible.

The villa has its own lit private pool set in a landscaped garden surrounded by olive groves. The house is situated off the road, but does not require a trip down a track. There is a nearby spring for spring water and donkey trekking and art classes can be arranged on site.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the Single room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
Dogs and cats will be accepted if well trained.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find cycling, historic sites, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing, climbing, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a museum.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: stunning views, tranquil setting and stylish accommodation: Just wanted to say a big thank you for our stay in Villa San Cristobal and generally rave about our time there.We had a fantastic stay in the villa-for me it was the perfect combination of modern and rustic style with loads of special touches.We really loved the original art work! The views are to die for and many a bottle of wine was enjoyed watching the sunset from the terraces. Our favourite thing was the fab secluded pool among the olives groves!It was like swimming on top of the world! It was great to have all the mod cons to make the holiday go smoothly, wifi etc...but still have such a unique,tranquil setting. We really loved the location and managed to get to Granada and Cordoba with no problems.The owners local knowledge was vast and helped us make the most of the local fiestas and sights- of which there are too many to mention!!! Staying in this villa was a real treat for the soul and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend it! We will definitely return.
