Only 32km drive from St Malo port and approximately 45-minute flight from Luton with Ryan Air it’s well worth a visit, whether you are passing through on your way to sunny climates in the South France or just fancied a long weekend trip to sample the local cuisine accompanied by a glass of local wine or cider, not to mention the hospitality of the Breton people, why not pay us a visit.

“La Touche”, our traditional stone 4 bedroom farm house is only 10 minutes drive from Dinan’s busy town centre, but the home is surrounded by fields for that much needed piece and quite yet only 2km from the local village of Plumaudan with it’s, bakery, shop, pharmacy and two traditional bars were you can chat to the locals.

We have been lucky enough to recently acquired this acre & half plot of land within the beautiful Brittany countryside, comprising of many outbuildings and the main large stone farmhouse which has been completely renovated for 2006, the outbuildings are currently unoccupied.
 

The home sleeps 7 people
4 BEDROOMS: - 3 good sized rooms located on the 2nd floor of the home, one master with en-suite, a large double room and a single room, with a 4th room in the loft area with twin beds, an ideal den with air conditioning!.

Large fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker, many appliances, dish washer, washing machine and breakfast bar.

Large lounge benefits from wide screen English satellite TV and DVD player with many films. Dinning area seating for 6 people

Bathrooms; one large family bathroom on the 2nd floor comprising of twin marble sinks corner shower and corner bath and an en-suite with full corner shower also a very handly separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

Games Room, dartboard and various other board games and a Playstation 2 games console in the loft room some games provided. Bicycles can be hired on request.

The home is centrally heated and doubled glazed throughout, plenty of garden space (the property has it's own small orchard!) a cot, highchair are provided free of charge if required. Plenty of car parking. Swimming Pool with small paddling pool for the younger children.

If you really have to stay in touch with home, we have a high speed Internet connection available free of charge - just bring your own laptop, also free calls to UK land lines can be made available.
 

This home has been completely re-furbished giving the full farmhouse feel with large open countryside surrounding it and pure luxury accommodation inside with all mod cons!
Ideally located with the piece of the countryside and only a short drive to the busy medievil city of Dinan not to mention30 mins drive from sandy beaches.

The Farm house stands in it's own grounds with views of the adjoining fields from 3 aspects of the house, with the fourth view of our large courtyard, which houses our many out buildings (barns & Gites) non of the outbuildings are occupied for 2006. We also have a small orchard and a great south facing garden to the front of the house with patio furniture. Now installed a 24x12ft overground private swimming pool and small paddling pool in centre of courtyard so sun all day! Also a gazebo for those who prefer the shade and watch the kids (big & small) at play!

The farm house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking farm house

The farm house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the farm house you will find sailing, fishing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, a zoo.

Dinan just 10 mins drive St Mont Michael, St Malo, Dinard & Cancale also great for a day visit.
