Located just a short stroll from Lahinch town centre, Summer Cove Holiday Homes are surrounded by green fields and set in a peaceful and private location.

These are two-storey, deluxe semi-detached houses with private gardens. Bright and spacious rooms with timber floors feature throughout.  

Kitchen/dining areas are large and open plan. The fully fitted kitchen has microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment and utensils. A utility room houses a washer/dryer and sink.

The luxuriously furnished lounge opens onto private gardens via patio doors. Colour TV and central heating are an additional feature.

All bedrooms are located upstairs and some houses have 1 double room, 1 twin room, & 1 single with pull out bed, and main bathroom, and the other houses have 1 double room, a second double room (small double bed) and 1 single with pull out bed, and main bathroom. These 2 options are subject to availability.The master bedroom has ensuite facilities. Fitted wardrobes and storage areas are provided in all bedrooms.

- Dolphin Watching. The mouth of the River Shannon is home to Ireland's only resident community of bottle-nose dolphins who thrive in this safe habitat. Dolphin watch boat tours operate during themonths of May-October from the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt in Clare.

- Golf: Lahinch boasts two 18 hole golf courses. Lahinch Golf Course, established in 1892, is known as the St. Andrews of Ireland. Overlooking Liscannor Bay golfers can experience the sporting pleasure of playing a championship links course in breathtaking surroundings. The town is also the ideal base for touring and playing the other Golf Courses of the region including Kilrush, Kilkee, Woodstock, Ennis and the fabulous new Doonbeg Golf Course are within a short drive while the Killimer Car Ferry brings the Kerry Championship courses of Ballybunion, Tralee & Killarney within easy reach.

- Surfing: Lahinch Surf School is based in Lahinch on the west coast of Ireland and provides a safe, relaxed and affordable introduction to the exhilarating sport of surfing.

** The Cliffs of Moher - Just 8 miles from Summer Cove Holiday Homes are the world renowned Cliffs of Moher. Defiantly standing as giant natural protection against the might of the great Atlantic Ocean the Cliffs rise to over 215m (700ft) and stretch for over 8km.

** Lahinch Seaworld and Leisure Centre -Seaworld offers a variety of facilities in two main sections namely the swimming complex and the Atlantic Aquarium.The swimming complex features a 25m deck level pool, kiddies pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the Aquarium features a fascinating array of
marine specimens including a lobster breeding station and a blow-hole wave explosion.

** The Burren -The northwestern corner of County Clare is home to over 100 square miles of bare pale limestone known as The Burren. What makes this magnificent landscape truly spectacular are the pockets of plants and flowers interspersed among the crevices in the rock.

** Aillwee Cave -Aillwee Cave. Located 20 minutes drive from Doolin, Aillwee Cave is one of the west of Ireland’s top tourist attractions with its stalactites, stalagmites, relics of bears and Waterfall. Open daily from mid March-October.

** Aran Islands -The Aran Islands are one of the last outposts of Gaelic civilisation. They are stunningly beautiful and feature ancient relics of prehistoric civilisations. Doolin operates the shortest daily boat trips to all three of the "Aran Islands".
 

** Please note MINIMUM STAY 7 NIGHTS for July and August. ** The house has an electric fire. ** Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable to our local agent before departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings @ 15 cent per unit. ** Cots & highchairs must be pre-booked & guests should bring along their own cot linen. ** A security deposit of €100.00 must be paid in cash on arrival. For group bookings of 2 or more houses the security deposit is €200 per house. This will be returned to you provided that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Failure to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition may result in an extra cleaning charge. Costs of repairs to property as a result of damage or negligence will be deducted from the security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside walking.

Within easy reach of the house you will find mountain biking, a sports center.
