DESCRIPTION
Holland Court is located in the beautiful picturesque village of Liscannor, just three miles from Lahinch town.
We offer a choice of two and three storey houses. Privacy and space are at an optimum with many houses retaining a separate floor for each of the two bedrooms.
ACCOMMODATION (2 bedrooms, sleep 4)
A master bedroom with ensuite facilities, a standard double/twin and main bathroom feature in all houses.
The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge areas are fully furnished and stocked with all modern conveniences; dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, TV hairdryer etc.
LOCAL ACTIVITIES AND VISITOR ATTRACTIONS
Liscannor is a small fishing village standing at the end of Liscannor Bay, midway between Lahinch and the Cliffs of Moher. This is a place of great beauty and tranquillity, where the visitor can refresh their spirits away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. For some it is the centre of music and merriment. For others it is a base from which to explore a magnificent part of Ireland.
Our restaurants offer fine foods with local seafood a speciality. Our world-famous pubs feature traditional music sessions nightly. Craft shops offer a range of locally produced hand-crafted products. Music shops have a wide range of items to suit all tastes. - Dolphin Watching. The mouth of the River Shannon is home to Ireland's only resident community of bottle-nose dolphins who thrive in this safe habitat. Dolphin watch boat tours operate during themonths of May-October from the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt in Clare.
-Golf. Overlooking Liscannor Bay golfers can experience the sporting pleasure of playing a championship links course in breathtaking surroundings. Other Golf Courses close by include Kilrush, Kilkee,Woodstock, Ennis and the fabulous new Doonbeg Course.
The Killimer Car Ferry brings the Kerry Championship courses of Ballybunion, Tralee & Killarney within easy reach.
