Three bedrooms , bedroom one has ensuite shower room and a balcony which brings in the morning sunshine. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has a single bed. Gas fired central heating for winter time along with wood burning stove in the living area, solar panels on the roof for hot water in the summer. Comfortable house with bedlinen & towels supplid( bring your own beach towels)

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming.

Within easy reach of the house you will find boat hire.
