Each 2 storey 3 bedroom Villa is luxuriously appointed with master bedroom with shower ensuite , 2 twin bedrooms, main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, living/dining area with TV & Hi Fi system, fully fitted kitchen, patio and barbeque area. On-site facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool (Open July & August), Two 5 star tennis courts, childrens playground, walled garden and golf course over the road. Kids Club operates In July & August (payable locally.)  

Youghal is a beautiful and historic town with lots to see and do for all the family. The surrounding areas of Cork and Waterford are right at hand and present other great days out. Making Youghal the ideal base to tour the south of Ireland. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, a zoo.

Bill says: "Overall the property was clean and spacious. An excellent centre for exploring the East Cork region and Cork itself. There is a great view out over the sea. Youghal has several places to eat ranging from a top end gourmet restaurant specialising in seafood to a variety of smaller places suitable for energetic kids. The town has a cinema that shows the latest releases. The kids loved the tennis courts and it is good for younger kids expecially with its own play park. The pool is smaller than it seems on the web site but overall the site is great. "
