Each 2 storey 4 bedroom Villa is luxuriously appointed with master bedroom with shower jacuzzi bathroom, a further ground floor double bedroom, Two twin bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and WC, large living/dining area with TV & Hi Fi System, fully fitted kitchen, patio and barbeque area. On-site facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool (Open July & August), Two 5 star tennis courts, childrens playground, walled garden and golf course over the road. A Kids Club operates In July & August (payable locally).  

Youghal is a beautiful and historic town with lots to see and do for all the family. The surrounding areas of Cork and Waterford are right at hand and present other great days out. Making Youghal the ideal base to tour the south of Ireland. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a zoo.

Kristin says: "I had a wonderful time in Ireland thanks in part to the outstanding, and rare week of no rain, and to the no hassle and comfortable home at Carleton Village. The home was clean and well cared for. The only complaint I have is the contact numbers listed on the website were inaccurate and we had a tough time calling to let anyone know we needed a late check in. It took a lot longer to drive from Dublin to Youghal than I thought. However, we were met at the property on a Sunday evening at 9:00 and given a key. Thanks so much! "
