Set in private gardens of over half an acre you can drive right up to your villa and relax in perfect seclusion.

Downstairs you have a large living and dining room, leading to your private patio, and a fantastically well fitted Seimatic kitchen, including the very best fittings and equipment.

The views from your windows, balconies, patio and garden a breathtaking. An uninterupted panorama along the river to the mountains in the north, and to the Atlantic ocean to the south.

There is a communal outdoor heated swimming pool (Open July & August), 2 tennis courts, children's playground, Basket ball net & a walled garden onsite. A kids club also operates in July & August (payable locally). Across the road from the Carleton Village complex is Youghal 's 18 hole golf course.
Due to the elevated position of the complex, it may be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties, however Youghal town is only a 3 minute drive.  

Youghal is a beautiful and historic town with lots to see and do for all the family. The surrounding areas of Cork and Waterford are right at hand and present other great days out. Making Youghal the ideal base to tour the south of Ireland. 

Truly this is self catering luxury at its very best. Five star accommodation and fittings, large (1/2 acre) private garden and drive, spectacular views from the balconies, patio and other rooms. Sensational.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect garden, a selec t aspect patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a zoo.
