Youghal is a beautiful and historic town with lots to see and do. The small seaside village of Armdore is closer, with its fantastic beaches, round tower and 7th century abbey, restaurants and pubs. I find it hard to find the words to describe the beauty of the location. Ferry point is a sand bar that projects into the river Blackwater as it joins the sea at Youghal. There are just two cottages here, and water on 3 sides. set out of the cottage onto the beach to stroll, swim or fish. Ferrypoint cottage offer's both luxurious seclusion, and easy access to the full range of facilities, shops and restaurants of Youghal and Ardmore.
