Cloonbeg Cottages are a cluster of two self-catering cottages situated 100m from the River Blackwater and just one mile from the scenic village of Ballyduff Upper in Co. Waterford.

These cottages are recently renovated and finished to a four star standard. The are is particularly renowed for its salmon, trout & coarse fishing. Fishing beats & ghillies can be arranged locally.

The nearby village boasts four pubs, an exellent restaurant and shops. Nearby attractions include Golf, Fishing, Horse riding, Country & River walks. Sea fishing is available at Dungarvan 30KMs and Youghal 20Ms. 

The heritage town of Lismore is just 8Kms away famous for its Castle and Gardens.

Fermoy is 15Kms away and offers an 18 hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool with steam room & gym together with numerous pubs, hotel & restaurants.

The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.
