This apartment is situated in Lapad, the quiest part of Dubrovnik with the wonderful wiev on the beach, hill Petka and open sea. It is offers you personal and cultivated atmosphere. 

Prof. Marijan Kockovic, who built it, was one of the most recognized sculptor in ex Yugoslavia and his sculptures and artwork are situated around the world, especially in the U.S.A. He made 300 sculptures and 800 tapestries in his 45 years of art work and had over then 100 exhibitions all over the world.

He was influenced with human bodies, Second World War (which he survived), portraits and lot of celebrities posed to him. For example, Yul Briner, Elizabeth Taylor, president Kennedy, President Tito….
 

While resting you can paint or model with clay in this unique artistic surrounding surrounded with trees and vegetation.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 2 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
