Vukovarska ulica 37, Promanja - is a brand new luxury apartment, sleeps 6 people - 1 double, 1 twin and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Everything required for your comfort and convenience is supplied in the apartment. Situated on ground floor facing the exclusive seaside resort of Promanja, near Makarska. Total internal floor space is 69 mtrs sq with a large terrace of 25 mtrs sq. There is also a car parking space.  

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the white pebble beach. Promanja is part of the Makarska Riviera which is considered one of the most beautiful parts of Dalmatia. Bars, cafes, restaurants and shops are situated on the beach front as well as a childrens park. Other resorts within the Riviera include Tucepi with its 4km long beach and Baska Voda which was once a small fishing and farming village and is now a popular tourist resort and the sleepy village of Brela. All these resorts along the coastline are accessible from Promanja by pretty footpaths with tiny coves to explore en route. 

Promanja is an essentially a quiet exclusive resort ideal for a relaxing family holiday. However, there are also nearby plenty of activities to enjoy. For water lovers there is swimming, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing and paragliding and numerous boat trips to the surrounding islands. There is also mountain biking, walking, horse riding and many other activities available. There are excursions to the mountains of Biokovo or Medjugorje where white water rafting and again paragliding are available.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside a beach, walking, cycling, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking.

Peter says: "The property is very nice, modern, spacious and in a good location. The photo on the internet doesn't show much and we were a little anxious about what to find. However we decided to photograph the whole apartment and am willing to e-mail the photo's to the owner if he wishes to use them to advertise. A few minor annoyances that should be fixed easily : - Water heater squeaks loud regularly when heating. Slightly annoying when showering before bedtime. - Could use some more plates/knifes/forks/pans/etc. - A handle on the outside of the sliding door, so it can be closed by the people sitting on the patio, without having to rely on someone inside.
