Our new villa aiming at proving body and soul relaxation... let your mind get lost in the surrounding view to the Aegean Sea and the hills; feel the countryside breeze and quietness; relax your body in the indoor swimming pool. The villa is built on a small hill close to Parikia, on Paros Island, Greece. It can host up to 6 persons in its 3 bedrooms. It is designed and decorated using an original combination of the old Parian and simple modern styles in innovative ways. If you are looking for a peaceful and enchanting time on Paros any time of the year, then our new villa is the right place for you. 

The villa is a brand new building. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 shower-bathrooms as well as a spacious living / dining room with fireplace for some cozy times in winter. The kitchen is in a semi-separate space and offers complete equipment and utensils. Either summer or winter, you can still have the same kind of relaxation for body and soul. This is why there is a glass-ceiling porch equipped with a built-in sofa, air-condition and central heating, where you can spend countless hours relaxing your mind. The indoor swimming pool next to one of the bedrooms will also lighten up your body and freshen up the spirits! The villa is surrounded by verandas looking out to the deep blue Aegean waters and the Parian hills. There are some wooden pergolas for shade and outdoor dining table and coffee table, so that whatever you do, you can always enjoy the panoramic view! The area is of distinct beauty and less than a
10-minute drive from Parikia. Note that you will need your own vehicle to get there. At the hill of Agios Arsenios, in the pure countryside, there are no neighbors; so, you will really enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa doesn't disturb this natural environment but rather adorns it. It is unique accommodation for holiday-makers throughout the year! 

The villa is located about 3.5km from the port of Parikia on a small hill overlooking the whole bay, close to the long, sandy beach of Parasporos and the palm beach of Agia Irini. The area is virtually uninhabited. To get there you need your own means of transportation. The villa is easy to find: when you are at the port with your back to the sea, you go right towards Agia Irini and Aliki. After you pass Parasporos beach on your right, you will see a sign to the Monastery of Agios Arsenios. Take a left on the road going upwards. Keep on going for a few minutes and you will see the villa in front of you!  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area (with heater), a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Phil says: "My family (6 adults aged 23 - 59) booked the Villa Balcony as we wanted to spend a relaxing holiday on a not too busy Greek island. The description of the property and of Paros sounded just right. However, we were very pleasantly surprised to find all our expectations well exceeded and we spend a wonderful 10 days enjoying the villa and the island. The villa itself was reached by a winding track up from the main road out of Parikia (so a car is essential), and was set high above the surrounding area and overlooked the sea, the town of Parikia, and the distant hills with other villas dotted about the countryside. The villa was superb, with marble en suite bathrooms to all the bedrooms, a well fitted kitchen, and balconies on which you could soak up the sun from morning to night. The most spectacular part of the villa was the lighted indoor pool in the lower ground floor adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Outside a well constructed barbeque area was the focus of many late night feasts under the stars when we didn’t want to drive to town to one of the fantastic restaurants that line the Parikia promenade, (although even better were the quietly tucked away family restaurants down the side streets). We were welcomed and looked after very attentively (but not at all intrusively) by Manolis the owner who had hand built all the beautiful marble fittings in the villa – he was rightly proud to show off all his work. The photos on the web site do not capture just how good the villa is and we highly recommend a visit to anyone for any length of time – in fact we now have all our friends interested. The friendliness and ambiance of the small island, from the villa to the well made roads, from the entertaining shopkeepers and Manolis himself, make this an exceptionally good value for money place to stay and visit.
