Villa Doyan was completed in early 2006 on a plot selected and purchased by the owners back in 2003. Based on their own happy memories of holidays taken with family and friends the plan was to create an individual holiday villa ideally suited for an extended family or two families sharing. This called for lots of interesting outdoor areas for socialising, but also the space and privacy to be able to escape from the constant fun and games to sunbathe and relax.
 

The villa is located on the crest of a hill mid way between the sea and the mountains, enjoying fantastic views of both but with the added benefit of a cooling breeze. It is about 5 miles west of Kyrenia (Girne) and 45 minutes from Ercan airport. The nearest village is Karaoglanoglu (2 miles away) where there are three excellent supermarkets and many places to eat.
 

Villa Doyan is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom villa, completed in early 2006 to the owners specification. The villa offers exceptionally spacious accommodation which would suit an extended family or 2 families sharing. With 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and sofa beds the villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, Villa Doyan sits in grounds of around 1/2 acre. The Villa has a large overflow swimming pool (10m x 5m) with infinity edge, extensive terraces and cloisters plus a separate bar/barbecue area at the poolside.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge. Can also be made into double. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. Liz says: "This was our family's first holiday in North Cyprus and therefore we did not know what to expect. Villa Dogan was everything we could have hoped for. The villa itself was in the most amazing position (although we were a little concerned at first about all the building work being done in the vicinity, however as the holiday progressed we were not bothered by noise etc. at all). The views across to the sea were stunning and the dramatic evening views of the mountains were spectacular. The sunsets were a very special part of our holiday. Villa Dogan has been lovingly designed and built, extremely carefully thought out by its owners. It has been decorated and fitted out to an extremely high standard. What first strikes you when you enter the villa is its spacious nature - there was ample room for our family of 5 (almost one bathroom each!). The owners were extremely helpful before our arrival, arranging transport from the airport and very reasonable car hire for the duration. During our stay the property manager called to ensure that all was well and was able to answer any queries, give information and advice etc. The owners have thought of everything to ensure that those who rent their villa have as relaxed and enjoyable time as they possibly could. I would highly recommend Villa Dogan."
