North Cyprus is unspoilt and very, very beautiful. Our villa looks up to the Besparmak mountains, is surrounded by olive groves and is close to the sea. The views from the pool area to the mountains are breathtaking. The journey East to Bahceli along the coast road has views of the sea all the way. The people of Northern Cyprus are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A drive into Kyrenia will find wonderful restaurants, especially around the stunning old harbour. There are remote castles to discover, turtle beaches to enjoy and Roman sites to stumble across. 

The large villa is very attractive on a large plot. The interiors are newly furnished in a very tasteful, modern style. The garden is laid out with natural sculpture, fig trees, bourgainvillea, palms, etc. The pool area is very private and has sunloungers with parasols. 

At times of the year, turtles come onto nearby beaches to lay their eggs and later in the year the young can be watched as they head for the sea. If you wish to explore further afield, the Karpas peninsula is a remote area of outstanding natural beauty where you will find miles of golden sand and see the wild donkeys roam freely.

Bird watching and flora and fauna offers much in this area. 

The views from the pool area to the mountains are spectacular. Beach towels, pool and beach toys, lilos, sunshades, picnic equipment and chairs, BBQ equipment, books, videos, games, CDs.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the 4th bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.
