The ground floor consiists of spacious open plan lounge/dining area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, armchair and satelite TV (free to air UK chanels, DVD, CD Player i pod speakers, coffee table and remote ceiling fan. The dining area has a table which seats 6 comfortably.

The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, water cooler, coffee maker and smoothie maker/juicer.

There is also a cloakroom on this floor consisting of wc and wash hand basin.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. Large master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, en suite bathroom. 2 balconies with sea views. Also a safety deposit box and hairdryer.

The two twin bedrooms share the family bathroom with shower over bath, wc and basin.

A meet and Greet service is provided at the Villa upon arrival and the services of our management team to resolve any issues whic may occur. 

The patio doors from the living room leads onto a small terrace ideal for watching the activities around the pool or enjoying that well deserved glas of wine while watching the sunsets. Steps lead down to the 8mx4m pool which has walk in steps. The surrounding area is well equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a lovely Pergola to escape the midday sun with a family size table and chairs, a gas barbeque to enjoy those alfresco meals. To the rear of the property there is another terrace with table and chairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. The mature garden well maintained garden has an abundance of trees, shrubs and fruit trees. 

Coral Bay is less than a 5 minute drive away with its famous Blue Flag Beach shops, restaurants, takeaways, banks, doctors and pharmacy. Peyia Village is also with a 5 minute drive with its supermarket, bakers (doughnuts to die for) butchers, fishmongers, tavernas and local bars. Paphos is just 20 minutes away and has full selection of shops and indoor local market and a beautiful harbour. There are 3 Restaurants within walking distance of the Villa.

The Villas location makes it ideal for the get away from it all holiday or a base to explore the surrounding area or further afield if you wish. The island is steeped in history and with its abundance of water sports horse riding and golfing there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
