A beautiful two bedroom two bathroom brand new apartment located in this pretty village just a few minutes walking distance from the local town square with local amenities and yet just a short distance to Larnaca town centre.

We have several apartments in this complex, two bedrooms and one bedrooms so if you are a large party, we would be very happy to make further bookings. 

Tersefanou is a peaceful and cultural village set 10 minutes away from Larnaca town centre and the new Larnaca International Airport and is also the setting for the proposed 5 star golf course.

The village offers a mixture of tavernas and restaurants offering traditional Cypriot cuisine and there is also, within walking distance, 2 supermarket kiosks and 2 cafes. Just a short drive away in Tersefanou and the nearby village of Kiti are also supermarkets, banks, chemists, petrol stations, bakers etc.

The complex is just a short drive to Larnaca town centre which offers a good selection of shops and restaurants and of course a lovely choice of beaches.

There is an hourly local bus service that travels from the village to Ayios Lazarus in Larnaca town centre with journey time of approximately half an hour.

The complex, Tersefanou Village 1, is situated in the heart of Tersefanou. It is just three minutes walk from the quaint village square and less than 300m from the lower end of the proposed Golf Greens.

The development comprises of just 46 apartments made up of 7 two storey blocks including 28 two bedroom and 18 one bedroom apartments.

Blocks A, F and G are raised on columns to provide space for covered parking and at the same time, enhancing the views to the surrounding hills and the sea in the distance.
Large patio doors lead from the living room to the veranda and expansive bedroom windows are placed low to provide sweeping panoramic views of the secluded landscaped gardens and variety of communal facilities.
There is also a children’s playground, mini golf course for practicing, teaching and encouraging all residents to play golf.

There are communal disabled facilities ie disabled toilets and showers and disabled ramps making this an ideal holiday home for disabled clients.

The nearest golf courses are all situated in and around Paphos – Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada. Pathos is just a short drive from Larnaca.

There are gyms situated in Larnaca with squash courts and tennis courts located in hotels nearby but the development does have its own small on site Gymnasium for the private use of residents and their guests.

The complex has its own private swimming pool with communal sun beds available.
 

Larnaca or Larnaka is the oldest living city in Cyprus and was originally known as Kition or Kittium. Unlike other ancient cities of Cyprus, which were abandoned by their inhabitants, Larnaca has existed on the same site for over 6000 years.

Larnaca attracts many visitors especially British and today approximately three million travellers and tourists enter Cyprus through Larnaca Airport, Port and Marina.
Larnaca is a great place for your holiday. The town is large enough to have everything you may need but still is not overcrowded, especially at its beautiful beaches which extend for 16 miles.

It is the third larges town in Cyprus with a population of 60,000 and is a busy commercial centre as well as a popular holiday resort.

The archaeological sites and six museums are in the centre of Larnaca within walking distance.

Summer sports, sea activities and cruises are readily available and if you like shops, you have plenty of that too. There is good medical care and the local cinemas screen the most up to date movies in the leisure complex which also boasts a bowling alley.

The number of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars offer great variety and The Cyprus “meze” is the speciality of Larnaca. Night life in Larnaca is varied and security makes the streets very safe.

With a great history, cultural life in Larnaca is rich and many events are organised by the Towns Municipality
Because of the mild climate in the winter and the genuine hospitality of the local people, Larnaca enjoys tourism at very high occupancy rates all year round.

Larnaca’s position in the centre of the country is the ideal base for exploring the rest of Cyprus

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Available in the lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find water skiing, boat hire, cycling, mountain biking, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find golf, historic sites.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well decorated. The bedding was brilliant white, crisp, and fresh. We had ample clean, and again brilliant white towels. The information pack inside the apartment was very informative and very helpful. Karen, we had a lovely holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cyprus and would certainly visit again. We were also very happy with the Hertz car hire guys, they upgraded our little car for us free of charge, and again like your good self were very friendly and most helpful. Considering we were only away for a week we met some lovely people in Cyprus and will remember them fondly.
