Welcome to Arsinoe beach bungalow. Our property is a family owned beachside bungalow situated close to Latchi (Latsi) harbour which is available for rent directly from the owners. As you can see from the pictures we really are beachside and not a short walk or bus ride away.

Situated right on the famous beach of Latchi the bungalow offers unobstructed views over the bay and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The pretty picturesque village of Latchi and its harbour are a short walk along the beach where you will find renowned local fish restaurants and tavernas.
There is a PADI dive school and water sports centre in the village where boats, windsurfers and jet-skiis are available for hire. 

 

 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find mountain biking, horse riding.

Within easy reach of the house you will find golf.

During the night the humidity disappears, the temperature dro ps and the atmosphere clears to give you a breathtaking view of the stars it is something like combining beach and mountain holidays!"
