Villa Sofia is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. It benefits from off road parking for two cars in the drive which leads to a spacious patio area where you will find the pool complete with Roman style steps. Inside, the lounge and dinning area are tastefully furnished with an open plan kitchen completing this area. In addition to the ground floor cloakroom there is a bathroom and en suite shower room on the first floor. All three bedrooms have dressing tables and ample storage space whilst two of the bedrooms have their own balconies. Our aim is to give our guests a clean well equipped villa of a high standard which we would expect.  

Villa Sofia is just a short walk through open farmland (no raging bulls) to a natural beach with the adjacent rugged coastline providing stimulating and inspiring walks. The nearby traditional Cypriot village of Mandria has two shops one of which is deceptively bigger than it appears and very well stocked. It also has two friendly Tavernas and a restaurant plus it even has a beauty salon. A short trip into Paphos can provide plenty of retail therapy or you might want to visit the lovely harbour area or the many sites of culture. Whatever your holiday requirement the area has the good climate and activities to draw visitors back year after year.  

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, fishing, walking, horse riding, golf, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas.

Water park and go karting nearby.
