The property is a spacious 2 bedroom detached villa with private off road parking, private swimming pool and garden areas. View - the property has partial sea views but mainly countryside views. The property has been recently completed as of October 2008 so is in immaculate condition and is a nice warm environment.  

There are a huge range of local attractions from Ayia napa town centre - the beach etc etc but is also ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday to enjoy some quality time in your accomodation and get a true feel for Cyprus in this traditional Cypriot village.  

There are some superb local tavernas in the village centre where you can enjoy the real Cyprus cuisine and will literally cost next to nothing!

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the can be arranged, 1 double sofa bed located in the can be arranged. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

John says: "Basic Property good, kitchen facilities good. However pool unavailable and many features did not exist (no music system, no iron, no sunloungers). Air conditioning effectively broken every time it was switched on upstairs it overloaded the electrics (even on its own at low level) and downstairs only worked as a fan. The property and the area has promise and could be a nice place with some work."
