On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has satellite TV (limited channels), video player and a HI-FI with CD player, radio and cassette. The patio doors of the living room lead out to the terrace which has views over the pool and open countryside. The quality kitchen has granite worktop surfaces and includes a microwave, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor is a separate cloakroom as well as a bedroom with a double four poster bed and separate shower room.

The first floor has 3 further bedrooms 1 double bedroom with double bed and balcony with panoramic views. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and an en-suite shower room. There is 1 further bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath with shower over. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating.

Outside, there is a 10m x 5m private heated swimming pool with walk-in steps, which has superb panoramic views over the rolling mountainous countryside. There is a pergola, sun beds and umbrellas, table and chairs, shower, brick built barbecue and traditional clay oven.

Peristerona village is a beautiful small village, located in a semi-mountainous region on the base of the Troodos mountains and at about 300m above the sea level. It is about 8 km south of Polis Town and is easily accessible nowadays. The village has beautiful views to the sea[Chrysochous Bay] and Polis&Akamas area. Also the nearby [2km] Evretou Dam can be seen from some Peristerona locations.


Peristerona derives its name from the word peristeri –meaning pigeon. Years ago there were thousands of pigeons living in the nearby spectacular "gorge of the eagles" which can be visited today for excellent photography.
The local economy is primarily agricultural and there are many small farm holdings still apparent.

Peristerona is always a very green village due to the lush vegetation, and like most of the Polis area, is spectacular in the winter and spring months, and ideal for artists and photographers and people who like hiking.

This picturesque mountain village is famous for its efforts to maintain the beauty and the traditions of Cyprus.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Nitzan says: "Some of the things were much more than we expected as the companying to the villa on the first day, food in the fridge ext., but some other things were much less like instruction for the machines usage in the house, connectors to the electric machines and one of the baby bed that was dusted and dirty.we were not looked after during your stay. The small room downstairs has a very high bed, which was not comfortable, but in over all, the villa located in a great spot and is very convenient "
