Villa Peristerona comprises on the ground floor of a spacious open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge has satellite TV (limited channels).

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom - a twin with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with panoramic views, and another twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and balcony.

Villa Peristerona benefits from air-conditioning and central heating throughout, so the villa can be enjoyed all year round.

Outside, there is a large 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with terrace area from which you have superb uninterrupted panoramic views of the rolling countryside and distant sea views, sunbeds and parasols, table and chairs and a garden area. Private parking is provided for several cars.

Villa Peristerona is also available for long term rental (minimum 1 year) . 

Peristerona village is a beautiful small village, located in a semi-mountainous region on the base of the Troodos mountains and at about 300m above the sea level. It is about 8 km south of Polis Town and is easily accessible nowadays. The village has beautiful views to the sea[Chrysochous Bay] and Polis&Akamas area. Also the nearby [2km] Evretou Dam can be seen from some Peristerona locations.


Peristerona derives its name from the word peristeri –meaning pigeon. Years ago there were thousands of pigeons living in the nearby spectacular "gorge of the eagles" which can be visited today for excellent photography.
The local economy is primarily agricultural and there are many small farm holdings still apparent.

Peristerona is always a very green village due to the lush vegetation, and like most of the Polis area, is spectacular in the winter and spring months, and ideal for artists and photographers and people who like hiking.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 3 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
