There’s an additional 26 m2 of space on the veranda. Where you can relax using the lounge chairs and table whilst soaking up the sea view. Enough space to unwind and dine alfresco, on a balmy evening.

The resort is called ‘Armonia’ and built on elevated ground, consisting of four units surrounding well maintained, landscaped gardens. It has a lagoon style, communal swimming pool with a smaller children’s splash pool. You’ll also be able to enjoy the facilities of the communal showers and WC. Exercise in the gym and relax in the sauna after an active day in the Mediterranean or Troodos Mountains. Lounge under the sweltering sun at the pool bar while the children have fun at the play area.

 

There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom opens onto the veranda) and the master bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes and dresser table. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together if required and has a built in wardrobe and mirror. A fold down bed and baby travel cot (for a small fee) is also available on request. 

The Armonia resort is situated in the Kapparis area of Paralimni, with nearby amenities including supermarkets, tavernas, pubs, restaurants and banks. Firemans Bay is a 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk away, one of the finest and most secluded coves in the area.

Enjoy the up and coming area of Kapparis. There’s a selection of fantastic tavernas, wonderful pubs and now stylish restaurants and lounge bars, all at affordable prices. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts, but close enough to the nightlife nearby when you want it, then Armonia or Kapparis is for you. Kapparis is an all-year resort, unlike most of the other resorts and is a hive of activity even in the low season.

In fact, this resort is perfect for families with two or more children requiring extra space, couples looking for a touch of class or discerning clients looking for a high standard of accommodation.

The Armonia resort is only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Protaras and 5 minutes drive from the town of Paralimni. For a chance to see the real culture of the island, you can mingle with the locals in the town of Paralimni, with its narrow streets and traditional architecture. Do you fancy a night out on the tiles? Ayia Napa with its many clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Waterpark, is a 20 minute drive away.

SUZANNE says: "We were the 1st guests to stay in this apartment, so everything was brand new! The furniture was comfortable , apartment spacious, and in a quiet setting. The pool area was great for the children and toilets close by too. you would need a car as shops restaurants were a bit too far to walk. i would recommend it to family and friends, and would certainly consider going back Stephen, the owner, was great letting us know about the area, sending additional photos. he provides a welcome pack, which after a long flight means you dont have to go and find bread, milk etc."
