Private swimming pool 4 x 8 m kidney shape with ladder in the shallow end, also 6 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool daily.
The swimming pool area is very private and not visible from other houses. The pool can be heated up to 28-30 degrees Celsius so you can enjoy the swimming at the pool even the cold days of the winter. The heating of the swimming pool is optional. There are 3 bedrooms all upstairs ( 2 double and one twin).

The Master Bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed, TV 14", en-suite bathroom (with W/C, shower & washbasin). The other 2 bedrooms (double and twin) shares the same bathroom (which includes W/C, shower and washbasin). In addition there is a cloakroom downstairs (which include only W/C and washbasin).
Air-conditioners & Central Heating

* There are 5 Air-Conditioning units where can be used for cooling
* Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom and 2 the lounge and kitchen area (open plan)
* The use of Air-conditioning units (for cooling) are optional are charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day .
* You may selec t on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa.
* The central heating for the winter season is included in our price (if you need that pls inform us to turn the boiler ON)

There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that there is the appropriate equipments.

Area Description:
Agia Marina is a village of Paphos . It is situated 14km northeast of Poli Chrysochous and it is built in an average altitude of 190 meters. On the west side of the village a plain lays near the sea and it is full of irrigated cultivations.
The route from Poli Chrysochous that leads to Agia Marina is considered as one of the most picturesque and beautiful routes of the island. The road is straight and the view of the deep blue sea on the left side of the road is incredible. On the right side there are many trees and plants that will amaze you. We recommend you to stay in the area and enjoy the astonishing sunset. The red and gold of the sky meet the blue color of the sea creating a beautiful atmosphere. Only if you visit the village in person, you will realize the beauty of the landscape.

Heated swimming pool

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
