Savvas Villas is a family run business, Savvas and Yiota Charalambous the owners are always on hand to ensure you have a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in the picturesque village of Steni. Each villa comfortably sleeps 6 people up to a maximum of 8 people (camping beds available).

The recently built villas are located in the village of Steni and enjoy spectacular views of the Polis coastline, Polis is just 5 km away and has all the major amenities.

The villas are well designed and extensively furnished, both internally and externally.

The ground floors have twin bedrooms and shower rooms that also house the washing machines, the ground floors also encompass the spacious fully equipped and furnished, kitchens, dining areas and living rooms.
The first floors have twin bedrooms and a double room with a bathroom, as well as large balconies. Cots and highchairs are also available.
Every room has a tasteful ceiling fan with the lighting incorporated.
Sun terraces surround the 9X5 mts swimming pools, bringing you amazingly close to nature and its entire splendor. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining areas and portable barbeques allow you to enjoy your meals by the poolside.
The gardens are beautiful with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawling down from the hilltop.

The mountainside location of “Savvas Villas” allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling countryside, cornfields and sea sparkling in the distance, nothing short of spectacular!

The village Steni is found in the northwestern part of Cyprus, five kilometers from the sea of the Gulf of Chrysohous. It is built at an altitude of 200 meters above the sea and its climate is ideal during all the seasons of the year. The fact that at a radius of ten kilometers from the coast of the Gulf of Chrysohous there are produced cherries, "avocado", "mango", watermelons, apples, bananas, oranges and almost anything you can imagine, it shows really what climate exists in this region, that is not met in other regions, not only in Cyprus, but also worldwide.
 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
