The Villa
Lovely 3 bedroom detached villa in elevated position for sea and mountain views in a quiet area for relaxation but close to all tourist amenities, also with a private pool.
Only a few minutes drive from the Coral Bay resort and beach and Peyia Village centre.

The villa is accessed by a private driveway with gates leading round to well maintained and enclosed gardens, covered terraces with table and chairs for relaxing in the shade or alfresco dining and a large private swimming pool complete with sun loungers.
The ground floor consists of a large open lounge/dining area. The lounge is furnished with two large leather sofas and has SKY satellite television and DVD player. The dining table seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beach, granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Major appliances include tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave. A tiled half bathroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and built in wardrobes with patios giving views of mountains and Mediterranean sea. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom with bath, wc and wash hand basin.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof.
