Our villa is a 2 bed detached villa. It has an open plan kitchen and dining room, living room, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a downstairs washroom, a private pool and a roof terrace. It can accomodate up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, extracter hood, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.

The living room has a 2 seater settee, 3 seater bed settee, central coffee table, additional coffee table, a 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. The patio doors open out onto the garden and pool area. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living room.

There is a downstairs toilet and wash basin accessable from the hallway.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed 2 bedside tables and a dresser, it also has a balcony with spiral stairs up to the roof terrace where there is a good view over to the lake and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table and an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units.

Ouside there is a free-form pool and a patio area. There is a oblong aluminum patio table and six aluminum and wicker chairs, a parasol and 2 sunbeds.

You are also welcome to use the larger communal pool which has internet facilities and a changing area. 

Paralimni is in the district of Famagusta and means "by the lake". The town has not always been where it is now, It was originally located between Dherinia and its present location and built on a hill.

Paralimni was built on the shores of a shallow lake, which filled with water only in the wintertime.

Paralimni Lake(As of the 16th of January 2009 the area has been designated as SCI) A small, natural, shallow and seasonal lake, which holds large quantities of water only during the winter. During the summer dry season water levels vary according to the winter rainfall, but isolated pools of water are present even in drier years.

Today Paralimni has a shopping centre with many shops there is even a small Marks & Spencers store here. You will also find some quiet cafes and bars in and around the square, these make a nice change from the noisy English disco-bars of Protaras, the shops are closed on a Wednesday afternoon for half day closing, also midday for a siesta.



The islands biggest food retailers can also be found here, such as Carrefour and Orfanides. There are also many local supermarkets such as Kokkinos and within walking distance from the villa a new Netto supermarket is being built.

Today Paralimni has a shopping centre with many shops there is even a small Marks & Spencers store here. Within the town square are three churches and an open air theatre. The most interesting church is the oldest and is open to the public and serves as a museum. The other two churches are not open to the public.
 

The nearest beaches to the villa are Sirena Bay Beach and Louma Beach.
Sirena Bay Beach is tucked away off the Protaras - Agia Napa road and is a small and secluded cove with a stretch of sand.
Louma Beach is a sandy beach and is a very popular resort. Water sports, sun bed and umbrella hire are available and restaurants are nearby. Lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving equipment from 10:00 to 18:00 hours during the bathing season.
Both beaches are around 5 miles from the villa.

Pernera P Beach and Potami Beach are also sandy beaches situated in Paralimni.
Water sports, sun bed and umbrella hire are available at Pernera P Beach and both beaches have water sports, taverns and pubs nearby, while lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving facilities from 10:00 to 18:00 hours during the bathing season and are under 20 mins drive from the villa.

Vrisi A, B and C beaches, Protarus Beach, Fig Tree Bay are also located further along the Protaras - Agia Napa road .

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In The Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
