Situated high on hill with great views over Paphos and Coral Bay harbour.
The new villa with private pool, garden with 4 recliners and several parasols, is in a peaceful area of outstanding beauty with wonderful walks behind the villa.
Major supermarkets are only 5 mins away. Small taverna and coffee shop is a short walk away. The villa is situated on the edge of one of Cypruss best new developments.St George Hills
A car is recommended to access the beach which is 10 mins away and Paphos town which is 10 mins drive. For children and adults there is a great water park 10 mins away and an Animal and Bird park. Restaurants and nightlife are 10 mins drive away so you have the peace and quiet at the villa but with lots of amenities close by. Use of exclusive facilities include sauna, heated indoor pool, Turkish bath, spa, gym and weight room, jacuzzi, 4 outdoor cascading pools. Tennis court, childrens play area, jogging track and shop are available at St Nicolas until our own are built ,5 mins Drive away.

Living Rooms: Living room with modern style leather furniture, double sofa bed, Plasma TV, DVD, films, [PlayStation 3,small fee} CD, living room leads to kitchen dining area with table and 8 seats.
Optional use of Air-condtioning cooling and heating thoughout villa extra 5 euros per unit per day pay fee locally}
Other: Dining area for 8 persons leading to kitchen.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Pool is cleaned twice a week in summer, once in winter. Villa is cleaned on arrival clean towels, bedlinen, if you stay over one week a mid term clean at no extra cost to client. Clean towels, bathrooms cleaned, floors mopped, swept. No beach towels

The villa is in a peaceful area overlooking the sea and mountains with great walks around the villa.
Yet only a short drive to all the local amentities many resturants, Coral bay blue flag beach, Watersports,Aqua water park kids, Mini golf, Several golf 18 hole courses, Mountain walks , Even skiing in the winter in the Troodos mountains.
The villa is a short walk away to a local taverana and coffee- flower shop. Drive 5 mins to big local supermarkets and stores. Drive on the same side of the road so car hire is really easy in Cyprus. 

Our villa is built away from teh main complex in 12 villas that are all new and peaceful and set up high on teh hill overlooking the sea and mountains.
But they will have only a 5 min walk from 2010 to fantastic facititles of St Georges hills complet with own tiny church voted best new develpement on Cyprus.
It will have 9 cascading outdoorpools, one indoor heated pool, spa, jacuzzi, gym, weight room, turkish bath, running track, kids creche and play area. small cinema and
[Wi fi areas small fee for this per hour.]
Until then we can use the local St Nicholas facilities free of charge only 7 mins drive away. 

Gt Georges hills [5 mins walk away ]and to be completed in 2010 will have a indoor heated pool, 9 cascading outdoor pools, tennis, kids areas, wi fi, cinema, spa, shop,jacuzzi,weights room church, etc, until then you can use free the nearby facitlties of St Nicholas 5 mins drive.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room, 2 double sofa beds located in the one downstair one doublwe upstairs. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, skiing/snowboarding.
