We bought the property 4 years ago & the development is much sought after due to the pools.There is a small childs pool with a mushroom water feature & a small pool located between 2 blocks of houses.This is very quiet & private.

Finally there are 2 large interlocking pools where a water fall spills over the edge.The gardens are well planted with lots of tropical plants & palm trees.It has a very lush feel.There are plenty of parasols & loungers. 

The development is well maintained & the home owners show pride in looking after their properties.

The location is great.A short 15 min walk into the town & harbour with beautiful views out to sea.
Paphos has recently under gone huge improvements to the sea front & walkways where plenty of outside bars & dining can be found.
Paphos caters for all types.Fine dining to Indian, Chinese, steak houses, late night bars & discos too.
Its very child friendly with many attractions to see.
A short walk from the property will take you to the best fish restaurant in Paphos.
The old town is very pretty & approx 15 min walk away.

We fell in love with Cyprus due to the people, views & hospitality.The house is well taken care of & has a contemporary feel.A great patio over looking an orchard of lime & lemon trees. 

 

There is a high chair available plus bedding for travel cot.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool.

The cottage has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside swimming.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find water skiing, wind surfing, climbing, walking, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving.
