This Kapparis apartment is well located for all your holiday needs. Shops, bars and restaurants are all located within a 10 minute walk and Firemans Beach is equally close. If you wish to stay closer to home, the apartment has a swimming pool and childrens pool on site. For the more adventurous, the resort areas of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa can all be reached within 15 minutes by car. The town of Paralimni is nearby, as are numerous smaller villages on both sides of the border, offering the chance to experience the real Cyprus. 

The main balcony is large and will be your main living area during the summer. The main table easily seats 6 people in our comfortably padded chairs and there is plenty of seating for guests. A gas barbeque is provided and there is an electrically operated sun awning that will provide you with all important shade at the touch of a button.  

While the apartment has everything you need close at hand, it is in a quiet location where you can truly relax. To help you do this, we have equipped the apartment with all the conveniences of home including a fully fitted kitchen. And you neednt worry about about keeping cool because fly screens allow you to leave doors and windows open and we have air conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan in the lounge.

A fifth adult or two children can be accomodated on the large sofa bed in the lounge area, if required. The apartment has many little touches to make your stay more enjoyable, including: beach mats (remember to bring your own beach towels), a cool box and ice packs and a selection of books and games.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

trevor says: "I was a little unsure of booking this appartment as it has a shared pool but i was surprised that whenever we went to use it (a lot ) it was empty. The area it is set in for us was great, all you need on your doorstep, or a short taxi ride into the hustle of town.Would definetly reccommend it to anyone who likes it a little on the quieter side. The lovely beach a short walk away, perfect."
