Villa Arhondia is situated on high position on a quiet area of Kalavasos village with excellent views of the surrounding hills and the village from verandas and the swimming pool. There is a large private court yard with lots of flowers and a lemon tree. Furnishing is traditional; with wooden tables and chairs and lots of Cypriot handicrafts.
The villa can be rented as a whole house for 8 persons, plus 4 extra persons on folded beds or as four separate one bedroom apartments.
Kalavasos village is located 30 km from Larnaca airport, 5 km from Governor's beach, and 20 km from Limassol tourist area. A number of excellent traditional taverns serving local dishes can be found in walking distance from the house. Bank, post office, tel. boxes, medical centre and supermarkets are also in walking distance. Near Kalavasos you can also visit the ancient ruins of a Neolithic village call Tenta; at the north part of the village there is an old cooper mine. Just 3 km from the village there is a dam where many visitors enjoy fishing.  

All, four bedrooms have double traditional four posted style beds, decorated with original Cypriot materials, and they all have in suite facilities. There is air conditioning in all rooms Hot & Cold.
All four kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, hair dryer and iron.
 

The house is situated in Kalavasos Village which is located right in the centre of the island, four kilometres from the beach, and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island. In the village and less than 500 hundred metres, there are traditional restaurants, bank, and mini market. There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker centre. Limassol tourist area where you can enjoy night life is only 15 minutes drive, Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest.
Governor's Beach, Which is only 6 kilometres away, apart of it’s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
