This brand new villa is located 100 metres from the sea in a quiet private villa area off the main coast road, in the Chloraka Bay area. It is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac of just seven properties, so there is no traffic passing by. There is a superb view of the sunset over the Med from the patio in the evening. It has a spacious open plan living area with comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as satellite TV which will show all British TV channels. The dining area contains a large table with seating for six. There are two spacious bedrooms, one master double with ensuite bathroom, and one twin. The main bathroom is equipped with bath and shower facilities. A sofa bed can provide further sleeping for another two people if required. Full air-conditioning is provided throughout at no extra cost. A pressurised water system has been installed which provides a power shower facility in both bathrooms. A second TV has been installed in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen also now contains a water cooler.

 

Outdoors, there is a large patio and landscaped gardens. Sunloungers and a patio table, small drinks tables and chairs provide for a relaxing time by the private pool. There is also a large table with six chairs to allow for eating outdoors whilst enjoying the view and beautiful sunset over the ocean.The villa has its own drive with space for two cars. The swimming pool now contains pure, chlorine free water for your comfort and safety. It has "Roman steps" which makes entering and exiting the pool very easy.
 

Chlorakas Village is a short distance (2 km) from the busy harbour area (Kato Pafos) and there are plenty of restaurants and nightspots along the coast road. In the other direction, the beautiful Coral Bay beach is a few minutes away. A regular bus service will take you in either direction very inexpensively (a five minute walk to the bus stop). For trips further afield, there are plenty of car hire establishments along the coast road, or of course you can book one of the many organised trips which are available.
 

Views of the mountains from the front of the villa, and view over the Med from the rear patio. Satellite TV receives all British TV channels. Chlorine free swimming pool. Safety deposit box. Mid term villa cleaning, change of bedlinen etc. is available, or even a daily Maid Service if required, all at extra cost. To be arranged with property management company on arrival and payable locally.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a themepark.
