Coral Bay Beach is a short stroll away. Some visits not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests, villages where time has stood still, and friendly hospitality at tavernas is the norm.

The famous Paphos harbour overlooked by the medieval fortress where in the evening the tavernas that line the quayside come alive serving fresh fish and the traditional Cypriot Meze is a 15 minute drive away.

The local hotel boasts the Olympic Pool used by Team GB and many sporting activites such as golf and scuba diving nearby.



The villa is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained pool with sun-loungers umbrella etc.

A 15 minute drive brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoilt area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays.

 

The Five Star Coral Bay Beach Resort Hotel is just a few minutes away with a multitude of facilites available to the public including an Internet cafe where you can check-in on-line for return flights and updat e emails.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is single storey. However, there is a threshold at the front door and two steps down from the terrace to the garden and pool area and assistance would be needed to negotiate these depending on the level of disability. The bathrooms are not equipped with disabled equipment. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find shopping areas.

Pool at villa was a godsend as weather was hot, but car parking area and gardens were very useful too.
