The apartment is situated in a private complex in Kato (lower) Paphos, close to the centre of town and within walking distance of all amenities, shops, banks, restaurants, bars etc. it is set back off a minor road, lending itself to privacy and quiet, while being superbly located for easy access to the old town of Pano Paphos, as well as the seafront and harbour area of Kato Paphos. It is within walking distance of 'Tombs of the Kings' Road and the picturesque Lighthouse Beach, both of which are popular tourist areas. 

The apartment is located in a very central, but peaceful area of Paphos. The apartment block employs security locking doors, with an internal telephone link to each apartment. The complex is very private and secure. Private parking is available for residents' vehicles, and an elevator serves all floors.
However the facility is close to all amenities. There is also a near-by bus stop, with the route including stops at the harbour area and the local market in Paphos town. Within a very short walk of the facility, there are local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. 

The apartment comes with the optional facility of car hire. The car is a Mitsubishi 4WD 1.8 ltr., which is an excellent runner and ideal for some of the rugged roads in Cyprus.
The car is fully covered, with road tax, MOT and fully comprehensive insurance. It is also covered by Rescueline (equivalent to RAC cover in UK).
Drivers must be declared in advance; must be in possession of a full UK driving licence; and must be aged 25 - 60.
The car has it's own undercover parking space in the complex and is available for hire at £175/week. 

Air conditioning units convert to provide heat if required. Guests can use balcony for smoking.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It was definitely sunny,getting the sun for most of the day.I was very impressed on how clean and well equipt it was and our party were very comfortable there, especially with it having air conditioning as it was very hot.Sometimes it was a welcome relief to return to the apartment! We did have a couple of problems which I hasten to add was nothing to do with the apartment which Mr and Mrs Lyle the owners sorted immediately on receiving my phone call.The pool was lovely,well tended being cleaned early morning every day and there were plenty of sunbeds.We hired Mr Lyles 4by4 which was a great way to get around.The apartment is well situated near shops and restaurants and close for public transport but we found it much easier with the car. I will definitely return there and already have recommended it to a friend. It was very much home from home and the neighbours were friendly too! Cannot wait to return!"
