The Villa is brand new in 2006 and has a modern feel and comfortable furniture. The lounge is large and full of light. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances such as microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you may need for your stay.
The beds are new and very comfortable. The whole villa is light and airy and has airconditioning in each room. There is a television and DVD and a number of books and games for your enjoyment.

The house has been furnished and decorated for the owners use not just as a rental so has a more homely feel.

Check in can be arranged at any time and booking sare not resticted to specific days or even durations. For example if flights are cheaper a booking can be arranged from a wed to sat over an 11 day stay. 

There is a large south facing patio at the front of the house which has a six seater table, chairs and parasol. There are also comfortabe sun beds and a hammock on the patio. This patio is ideal for family or romantic meals as it is private and gets the wonderful sunsets in the evening and full sun all day. There are sun blinds for comfort on the two large patio doors leading onto the patio from hte lounge area. There are also two smaller patios on the side and front of the villas as well as balconies from the two front bedrooms. 

Universal Gardens is a quiet area of Kato Paphos within 15 - 20 minute walking distance of the seafront and Harbour. Here you will find lots of different bars and restaurants offering a wide range of food from a number of countries and to suit different pockets and tastes.

There is also a local restaurant and shop on the doorstep, with a large supermarket also within easy reach.
There are a number of interesting historic sites in and around Paphos such as the famous underground Tomb of the Kings and the ancient mosaics.

GOLFING HOLIDAYS:
Cyprus boasts 3 championship golf courses, all in or around. These are Aphrodite Hills course, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club.

For families the excellent Paphos Water Park is on the doorset and is well worth a full day out, but take plently of sun tan cream. It is a fantastic family fun day out

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, horse riding, golf, a themepark.

Michelle says: "The villa was certainly good value for money. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of room for the five of us staying. It did meet our expectations to a certain degree. We hadn't anticipated the walk into the main centre of the town, but overall the villa itself was beyond our expectations. The description of the villa was spot on, and we should have read the distance to the town more carefully, but the walk seems to shorten as the holiday went on - probably because we were starting to find our way around by then and shortcuts! We would definately recommend to friends and may return ourselves in the future. There was no cleaner during our stay and no-one contacted us to check everything was okay. However, we did have a telephone number if we had problems and there was a washing machine to do towels, etc. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and one reason for this was the comfort and space available to us within the villa."
