All four bedrooms have an air-conditioning. 

The villa boasts two sitting areas, both of them comfortably furnished. The TV and DVD player are in the main living area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining table can seat 8 persons. A guest cloakroom for 10 persons is also located on this level. Patio doors lead from the living area to the balcony complete with a swing lounger perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink on those warm summer evenings looking the sea view..  

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
