One bedroom Cyprus traditional apartment with shared swimming pool and specious court yard and was renewed on April 2006. The apartment is a part of a villa consisting of four one bedroom apartments. One folded bed can be provided on request. Child below 12 y.o. free of charge.
Avli Villa is situated high in a quiet area of Pentacomo village which is just 15 km away from Limassol tourist area. There is a large court yard with flowers and a swimming pool, sun beds, traditional wooden tables and chairs and lots of Cypriot handicrafts.
 

The bedroom have double, high quality KING SIZE bed, and its decorated with original Cypriot materials; it has in suite facilities with jacuzzi. There is air conditioning in all rooms Hot & Cold. Hair dryer and iron, linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and changing linen and towels are provided every 4 days free of charge. A common washing machine is available for use.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a hob, cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, and also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. However eating out in Cyprus is cheap and the food is delicious, so many people don‘t bother to cook.
 

There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker centre. There are also so many ancient places of interest in the area. (Choirokitia Neolithic village, Kalavasos Tenta, beautiful Saint George nunnery which is located near the beach, the ancient town “Amathunta”, the ancient town “Kourion”, Lemesos Archaeological Museum and many more…).
Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos mountains is less than one hour drive!
Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Travelling around Cyprus is easy and driving is on the left.
Governor's and Saint George’s Beaches are less than 4 kilometres away. Apart of their excellent shallow beaches, there is also the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.

The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island. There are traditional restaurants, bank, and mini market less than 500 hundred metres from the villa.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 3 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
