House may also be used as two separate habitable complexes - on the ground floor of 2x living / dining room (in one dining room table for 10people) and 2x open kitchen with fully functional stylish tile stove.
20 minutes from residence you´ll find a water reservoir Pastviny with neighbouring beaches, boat-house and fishing. Nearby the residence you can visit a highly popular spa area (Jeseník a Lipová Láznì) Famous for it´s colonades, curative bathes, hydrotherapy and wellness. Worth visiting are also stalactical caves.
In less than one hour you´ll reach the area of castles and chateaus. The catsle Usov offers large hunting trohpies from the Liechtenstein ancestry. The castle Bouzov captured the hearts of fairytale-makers. With a feasible shoes (recommended) you´ll walk through army shelters and historical fortification from WWII. In the town Velké Losiny you´ll see an old paper-mill operations where you can try the paper manufacturing as well as our fathers did hundreds years ago.
Well marked cycling and touristic paths in mountain terrain attract more and more foreign tourists. In surrounding cities you´ll find indoor swimming and thermal pools, suitable for families with children. For skiers: Location offers the biggest winter-sports center Dolní Morava (12 km) – tows, skislopes, ski school, cross country skiing. Horse riding 25 km.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 6 single sofa beds located in the bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds located in the bedrooms. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
