Yazlik Villa has 4 double bedrooms each with air conditioning units and is fully furnished throughout. It sleeps up to eight people comfortably and has the benefit of its own private swimming pool. Set in spacious garden which include lawn area, fruit trees, patio and traditional Turkish stone built BBQ.

Only a ten minute journey from Dalaman airport and situated to the North of Dalaman town overlooking peaceful countryside and mountain views, yet less than 20 minutes from the blue flag beach at Sarigerme and 5 minutes from Dalaman town with its shops, bars and restaurants.

The semi-detached villa is situated on a small complex of eight other properties and would suit families looking for a quiet base for their Turkish holiday but close enough to facilities to suit all ages. 

A million miles away from the all-inclusive tourist trap resorts with their "British theme pubs" and everything associated with the high octane traditional package holiday, in fact, if that is your ideal holiday, we would respectfully suggest that you may find the villa a little bit too quiet for your taste.

A HIRE CAR IS RECOMMENDED TO GET THE FULL BENEFIT FROM YOUR HOLIDAY IN OUR VILLA, though taxis are readily available and local restaurants will pick you up and return you home free of charge. 

The town has much to offer with an abundance of shops, restaurants serving delicious traditional dishes, small bars, tea gardens and the stunning beach at Sarigerme only 15 minutes drive from the town, there is plenty to do and see.

Dalamans location could not be better, with many resort towns only minutes drive away, the sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only 20 mins drive, this is soon to be reduced as a new tunnel adjoining the towns is underway, Dalyan only 20 mins drive and the popular resorts towns of Marmaris and Fethiye just over an hours drive.
There is plenty of transport available, with taxis and a new bus station offering buses and dolmus to each area regularly. Facilities are good with doctors and hospital available.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Ilknur says: "I am glad after much deliberation that we decided to go to Dalaman in the end! It is not a so called tourist spot but it is situated in a great location making it ideal to get to many touristic places. Yazlik Villa was so beautiful (slightly jealous of owners really!). Local people are lovely offering typical Turkish hospitality! And you won’t feel lonely as Brits are all around as well! Yazlik Villa is spacious and has everything you need. I wish we had stayed for two weeks, one week for enjoying the Villa itself and the second for all these lovely antique cities and beaches!!! Be sure to rent a car. We rented at the airport and were able to get a good price but make sure to negotiate the price and ask the other companies their prices. If not Mehmet who looks after the Villa can help you as not all car renting agencies are at the airport. We look forward to going there again!!! Ilknur and Troy"
