Our detached Villa Bungalow is furnished to a very high standard and can comfortably accommodate a party of 6 . This includes 3 double bedrooms The guest bedroom has on suite facilities - ideal as a childrens room. Also supplied is a traval cot including cot bedding, and an electric blow up single bed which can accomodate an extra adult if required . Most rooms have double or fitted wardrobes and bedside drawers / tables with a spare set of clean bedding for each room. All rooms have Air conditioning fitted.

There is a spacious main bathroom which has the added benefit of a large corner bath, in addition to seperate shower and his and hers wash basins which makes this property excellent for multiple families. Clean fresh towles are provided. The lounge area is furnished to a good standard with comfortable sofas and includes satellite TV and DVD player, complete with a selection of up to date films for young and old alike.

There are all the usual kitchen facilities you would expect back home including:
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer, oven with gas / electric hob, extractor fan, kettle and toaster. If you prefer there is a barbeque/grill available as an additional cooking option.

The villa is situated within a fully walled and secure area ,with well maintained beautiful landscaped garden and has the added benefit of a safety deposit box should you require it.

For families with small children the the fully walled and gated grounds mean mum & dad can sunbathe and chill out on the balcony in the knowledge the kids are never out of sight.

The ideal location means that all touristic locations are readally avaiable via a short drive, if you dont drive then you are only a 5 minute taxi ride from Dalaman town, where there are shops, banks, restaurants, internet cafe etc ( please visit www.aboutdalaman.com for all types of information that will help during your stay ) There are also shops and a weekly market to explore! . Also a short drive from the Villa are some local restaurants which serve fish, meat, pizza and many other dishes.

The Dalaman Garage (our equivalent to a bus station) is also in the town centre whereby if you wish there is a regular dolmus service to the surrounding areas of Sargereme, Salsara Bay, Fethiye, Gocek, Dalyan and the world famous Olu Deniz blue lagoon.

The villa also benifits from a large private pool and external Jaquzzi so you can chill out and forget your troubles whilst sunbathing and dipping your toes in the water.

The roads to the villa are typically Turkish. Expect the odd pot hole or two. Short power cuts are normal in Turkey. Problems can always happen as with any property, home or away, please remember though that in Turkey repair times are not always thought of as an emergency, ( often refred to as Turkish Time). However our villa manager Gino will always try to solve any problems as quickly as possible to ensure minimum distruption to your holiday .

Although not ideal for wheel chair users, the property is a Bungalow and is on one level however, there are steps up to the main front door , may suite those with mobility problems. Smoking allowed on terrace areas and around pool We realise that sometimes flight times can mean that having to arrive / leave the villa at the expected arrival / departure time can be akward, however where possible we will allow renters to arrive / stay untill there flight departure / arrival time at no extra cost subject to availability.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the kept in the wardrobe there is an Electric blow up bed suitable for child which would enable 7 people to stay. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
